However, if the customer has specified alternative instructions through order notes in the app, such as meeting them outside the building or leaving the order at a reception desk, it is important to follow those instructions accordingly.

This will provide a better customer experience by protecting the food from movement and adverse weather conditions during bicycle deliveries. Both restaurants and customers have high expectations for safe and compliant deliveries. Opening packaging during delivery should be strictly avoided, as it can introduce foreign matter into the food, posing a significant food safety risk for customers.

Alcohol
